Old Inlet Bait and Tackle is an Official Penn Warranty Center

Penn Limited Warranty: Penn Fishing Tackle Mfg. Co. warrants its Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear. If your Penn Product has a defect within the terms of the warranty you can return it to Old Inlet Bait and Tackle or Penn to be replaced or repaired. All shipping and insurance costs and transportation arrangements will be borne by you and are your responsibility. Penn will repair or replace the Product, at their option, without further cost to you (including free return transportation and insurance). If, however, the repair is not covered by the provisions of the warranty, your Penn Product will be repaired and returned to you at a reasonable charge for labor, parts and return transportation and insurance.

Reels: Old Inlet Bait and Tackle is authorized to perform warranty work on Penn reels. You can bring the reel to our store or ship it to us at the address below. Remember, the cost of shipping the reel to Old Inlet is your responsibility. We stock a large inventory of Penn parts and offer a three day turn around (if we have the parts in stock) on reels covered under the limited warranty.

Rods: Rods that are defective under the terms of the warranty should be shipped directly to Penn (see addresses below). You may also ship them to Old Inlet, however, you will be responsible for costs associated with shipping the rod(s) to Penn in Philadelphia, PA. Penn handles all rod warranty work directly. Old Inlet is not authorized to repair or replace rods under warranty on behalf of Penn.
